We travelled from Broome to Darwin. An incredible adventure, unique bush camps, the food was excellent, the company fantastic. Every place we stayed at was amazing. Adam, our tour guide, was so laid back and had an amazing passion for what he does. His knowledge of the land, culture, wildlife and history was incredible, and he told us lots of facts and storeys along the way. Oh, and silly jokes. He was excellent. The itinerary was carefully thought through and well balanced. As a result, the trip represented excellent value. I would highly recommend this trip. You will not be disappointed, everything about it was great. I am looking forward to my next adventure with Kimberleys Off-Road Adventure Tours. Thanks, Adam and Lucy.

I really enjoyed my trip with Kimberley Offroad Adventure Tours. All the stops were memorable but I think my favourite was the thrill of Tunnel Creek cave.

This was Cate and my second experience of travelling with Adam - Darwin to Broome and we brought a friend. The first being Arnhem Land in September 2019. Being Queenslanders Adam and Lucy had to alter the trip for us. Cate and I feel very safe with Adam and trust his judgement without question. His knowledge of the land we travel is second to none. Adam always has a historical story to tell on all places visited. I would highly recommend Adam and Lucy if you wish to discover the delights and history of Australia’s Top End. Wake up, get up, pack up is the start to every day’s discovery. Many thanks to Lucy and Adam, we will return. Geoff Leeming - Brisbane

Even though it has taken me the best part of a year to get round to writing this review, I really, really wanted to to show my support for such an awesome tour, run by brilliant people. I went on the 9 day Broome>Darwin tour in August 2019 as part of my two year working holiday visa in Australia. I had already spent much of my time on the East coast but absolutely fell in love with everything that the Top End offered. The smaller group size makes the tour so personable and Adam is EXTREMELY knowledgable of the historical and cultural significance of the land, the hiking routes and the best free-camping spots you are likely to come across in all of Australia. The scenery is just breathtaking and It was an incredible privilege to be able to explore this land and I'm not sure how it could have been any better. As a European, it is sometimes easy to forget just how big Australia is so it was really cool to meet so many Australians on the trip who had travelled to be a part of the tour. So I would always recommend this tour to backpackers to Australia, but I would also always recommend it to Australians who hope to discover more about their brilliant homeland. Thanks Adam & Lucy !

So pack your bag and travel from Broome to Darwin over 9 days with Adam. Sleep in picturesque hidden camp sites in a swag with a million stars, swim in idyllic gorges, see secluded rock art sites, see birds, crocodiles & boabs. Experience magnificent sunrises & sunsets. Traverse the iconic Gibb River Road. See and wander in some mind blowing scenery. Do all this with your 14 new best friends. It'll be fun they said. They were right it was a brilliant experience as highlight followed highlight. Don't procrastinate just book your spot. Thanks Adam & Lucy & our fellow travelers. Jack & Wendy.

A great tour seeing the amazing natural landscapes of the Kimberley region coupled with bush camping in remote places along the way made it a wonderful and unique experience. Adam is a friendly guy and brilliant guide who knows the best places to see, go hiking and swim to cool off. He also led the group well in bush camping each night where everyone pitched in to set up camp and cook meals each night, which included some surprisingly delicious food cooked on the camp fire! If you enjoy the bush camping experience, this tour is a great unique way to see and experience the Kimberley region.

This was really a great tour! We had so much fun and there wasn’t a single part that we would have changed. Adam was lovely and funny and really an excellent guide on this rough, adventurous trip. Not all sixteen passengers had the right expectations of ‘adventurous’ (many hikes with unstable surfaces, few shower opportunities on the way, sleep in tents or in swags, collect firewood, cook and wash up together... hence the excellent pricing for this tour!) but even so it was a nice group of people of very different ages and backgrounds, we all got a long very well. We saw all main highlights and for us the time on the road versus the time of exploring and visiting was perfect. Every part of this trip was as good as we hoped it to be - and more!!

5 star plus for our May 2018 trip with Kimberley Off Road Adventure Tours.  I am not a fan of organised, cattle class tours - get off the bus, take a photo, back on the bus, etc.  With Adam Bowen, owner/manager of Kimberley Off Road Adventure Tours, this is anything but normal.  From the very beginning, Adam makes everybody feel like part of the family.  He picks you up from your accommodation and when everyone is on board, the theme song starts.  There were only 12 passengers on our tour, but quite a diverse range in ages.  Adam ensures no one feels left out, most people pitch in with organising meals, dishes, cleaning up.  Spent the first night in the middle of no where - fantastic quiet, skies, stars.  Start the campfire, pitch your own tent or sleep in a swag, take the shovel for personal ablutions, but a gourmet meal still emerges.  The stories start.... and then continue every night.  Next morning, Wake up, Get up, Pack up, Have Breakfast, into the truck - then the theme song.  So it goes for the next 9 days with wonderful swimming holes at various Gorges, visits to Aboriginal sites, rock art, ant termite nests, close up meetings with wildlife (snakes, buffalo, crocs), helicopter rides over the Bungles, boating & swimming on Lake Argyle.  If you wish to plan a trip around the top end, go with Adam.  He knows very secluded places, has an extensive knowledge of the flora & fauna and will happily share it.  Just joining in one of his tours to hear his stories is worth the cost of trip.

I loved this tour, sleeping under the stars. Everyday was a new adventure. Everybody pitched in and Adam cooked a different delicious meal every night. Adam is very knowledgeable of the area and multi skilled. Nothing seems to phase him. Adam found unique camp sites. Only on 2 nights did we share our campsite with others. I highly recommend this tour to anyone with a sense of adventure. Mya
