The house is ideally located in the middle of the town, a minute or less walk to all facilities Library Transaction Centre, The Jetty, Periwinkles Cafe, Bay Pizzaria, The Victoria Hotel, General Store, Hairdressers, PO, takeaway food stores & Fishing tackle store. A brand new kitchen with all the mod cons has been installed including a dishwasher. Brand new King bed in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom and four singles in the third bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 bed and 2 trundles.
The space:
The house is very comfortable with air conditioning and ample heating. The lounge has a leather lounge and desk area. There is a selection of books, DVDs and games. The three bedrooms sleep 8 but if needed 9 with an additional stretcher bed.
Guest access:
The whole house and shed which has games etc., in it. Secure back yard.
Interaction with guests:
We leave the guests totally to themselves and only go to the house if requested....
