  We are not regularly hikers and booked this guided hike to Mt Wellington summit as it looks easy enough and takes just 4hours return. This hike is definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Hobart. Our guide Brenton was punctual, adjusted the hike to the weather conditions, and needs of all the hikers. He was knowledgeable and shared many interesting aspects of the plants, trees, and local history. There are some steeper parts and we had a good workout with sore thighs the next day. The view at the summit was spectacular as we were lucky to have a clear day. Highly recommend this hike for city people who are worried about longer hikes. This is definitely a much more interesting way to see Mt Wellington than just driving straight to the summit.

  We went on this tour in the rainy day so it was banned to hike to the summit unfortunately. But our guides suggested us some alternative plans and they taught us lots of things from history to the name of wild plants. They were very friendly and kind! We really enjoyed the tour in the rain thanks to them!!

  Very enjoyable day. We felt a great sense of achievement at the conclusion of our walk. Our guides provided interesting and relevant information and delicious food. An echidna even joined us during our lunch break - how did the guides manage to time that one!!!
